E-Learning Module for New Employee Onboarding

I designed and developed this e-learning module for Mill Valley Pasta Co., an artisanal pasta brand owned an operated by famed chef Tony Adams. The e-learning module is the end product of an iterative instructional-design process. Its design is based upon established instructional design and pedagogical principles, such as schema theory and Clark and Mayer’s multimedia principle.
